Antwerp, Belgium, 12th Nov 2019\u00a0<\/strong>–\u00a0Airlines, business aircraft operators, flight service providers and integrators were reunited last week at the Air Support<\/a> Expo 2019 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Skylegs was pleased to be one of the sponsors of the event.<\/p>\n

Air Support A\/S<\/a> is a flight planning software provider for several companies that are located all over the world, in more than 75 countries. Their system is essential to the flight operations, therefore it is linked to Skylegs platform and our Electronic Flight Bag (EFB).<\/p>\n

The integration works as follows: Skylegs sends the scheduled missions to PPS Flight Planning (one of their solutions), so the dispatcher is able to gather the data on PPS without having to re-type the flight information, such as departure time, passengers data, etc. Secondly, the flight package downloaded by the crew on Skylegs comes directly from CrewBriefing, another product by Air Support, also linked to PPS. The flight package includes PDF files with flight plan, weather, NOTAMs, and others.<\/p>\n

The event was not only relevant for organisations to gather, but also to inform about companies’ updates, features of Air Support<\/a> systems and to raise awareness about important Aviation topics.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n
